Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where an order arrives damaged or incorrect.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at support@rnrvibez.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. Once shipped, delivery times may vary based on the carrier and location.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may become available later.
Can I create an account?
Yes. Customer accounts are available but optional. You do not need to create an account to place an order.
How do I know if a product is an aromatherapy product?
Products with aromatherapy options are labeled on the product page and typically feature black packaging.

Some of our products are made in small batches, which may result in slight variations in color, texture, or appearance.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available for all online orders in the Raleigh, RTP, and surrounding areas only. Additional information is provided upon checkout after selecting pickup as an option.
